POL-E-SCRIM is a woven polyester fabric with a non-woven polyester fabric bonded to the surface.

#5511 POL-E-SCRIM is a 5X5 - strands-per-inch polyester scrim with a thin layer of spunbonded polyester bonded to the top side.  This is a special purpose roofing fabric with tensile strength in both directions, plus elongation.

#5511 POL-E-SCRIM is applied over the entire field area of the roof.  Start at the low (eave) side and shingle lap 2".  Apply fabric over wet #100 Vap-R-Lok and smooth out the fabric with a long-handle paint roller.

 POL-E-SCRIM is the specified reinforcing fabric to use with Specification Chemicals, Inc. Recycled Rubber Roofing system.
