| Cover #460 POL-E-BASE edges and end laps with #160 POL-E-FORCE and #600 Fabric Saturant. | Adhere #160 POL-E-BASE to all exposed edges of #460 POL-E-BASE and #500 Stick Two. | Coat entire roof surface and parapets with Specification Chemicals #1300 White Plastic. |
Surface must be smooth, clean and free from any contaminants that may affect adhesion. Prime with #80 Primer. Substrate for self adhering POL-E-BASE must be secured to roof. Tighten all screws on metal buildings before application.
The selvage side seams and the end laps are covered with 4" wide POL-E-FORCE adhered and coated with #600 Fabric Saturant

POL-E-BASE may be applied at a minimum of 40ºF White Plastic coatings may be applied at 50ºF and rising with the limitation of not freezing the next night.

POL-E-FORCE should also be used to mummy wrap roof vents adhered with #600 Fabric Saturant and coated with #1300 White Plastic.
No special equipment is needed to apply the self adhering POL-E-BASE. Press lap seams with heavy roller. Roller, brush, and airless spray equipment used to apply the acrylic emulsions may be cleaned with water.
